Ronan Dunne is a Chairman, CEO, Board Strategic Advisor and independent non-executive director.
He serves as Chair of Six Nations Rugby, the organising body of the Six Nations Championships and Autumn Nations Series and Chair of Kore Labs, the RegTech and product intelligence platform. Ronan also serves as a non-executive director of British multinational retailer, Marks & Spencer and Balance in Business and is a strategic advisor to a number of companies in the telecom & technology sector.
Between 2016 and 2022, Ronan served at Verizon, as President and CEO of Verizon Wireless, Verizon Consumer Group and most recently as strategic advisor to the CEO. At Verizon Consumer Group, he led the teams responsible for delivering wireline, wireless and television products and services to more than 100 million consumers.
Prior to Verizon, Ronan was CEO of leading UK mobile operator, Telefonica UK (O2) for almost a decade. Under his leadership, O2 became the industry leader and a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility, with Ronan being named the 2015 Ethical Corporation CEO of the Year. Ronan’s other industry roles speak to his leadership and expertise in the telecom world. He has served on the Board of US telecom industry body, CTIA, and was a member of the UK Government Digital Economy Advisory Group and served on the Board of the Tech Partnership.
Ronan’s charitable work focuses primarily on education and providing opportunities for the next generation of leaders. Ronan serves on the Advisory Board of the Kairos Society, and a counsellor for One Young World, which promotes positive change and social impact at its annual One Young World Summit. Ronan serves as a Trustee of the John King Brain Tumour Foundation and previously served as a Trustee of Step Up to Serve, a UK social action charity.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ronan maintains strong links with Ireland, including Enterprise Ireland Tech Advisory Panel and Irish International Business Network memberships. In 2019, the American Ireland Fund honored him with the Corporate Leadership Award.

In her 20's Mel transferred her artistic skills & switched careers to business.
For 20 years she worked in the professional services sector, for a specialist communications organisation. During this time, she created a methodology, routines & processes, that are award-winning.
She has worked with most major sectors, markets & geographies.
Pioneering programme experiences, including largest culture change programme in EMEA, involving 240,000 employees. Evolving into the first fee - paying customer loyalty programme. A first, in the rewards/recognition platform space. A first for generic prepaid reward cards. A first in the learning sector of end to end customised hybrid performance improvement.
